We have lived here in the complex for close to 3 years now. The first year and a half in the apartments. The a Read Morepartments are good, becoming slightly dated particularly with respect to kitchen and bath. Townhomes are very nice. Grounds have are fairly well maintained, though pool quality has declined steadily over the years, timely and effective snow removal is significantly declined since we start living here,and there is ongoing battle with doggy dirt resident pickup compliance.

Too expensive for such small apartments. Staff were snobby and rude. Walls were very thin. You can hear eve Read Morerything going on in neighbors' apt.

The night before our moving truck was scheduled to arrive, workmen flooded the brand-new apartment, ruining al Read Morel the carpet. Management stayed up all night replacing the entire carpet before the moving truck arrived. Outstanding commitment!

Overpriced. Very stressful living there. Abundance of Rules. Feels like an expensive prison with video came Read Moreras, restrictions.
