It is clean inside and out. One thing we noticed as we were looking is the window treatments were excellent! S Read Moreome places we looked at had sheets hanging in windows or blinds falling apart-not good to see from the outside!

quiet, plenty of space and storage, love the attached garage, full size washer and dryer in the unit, plus a d Read Moreishwasher. The sinks could be a little bit deeper but they aren't terrible.

Management has arbitrary enforcement of policies, takes wide latitude in interpreting policies in their favor Read Moreand a poor track record of making repairs / maintaining property. They have had constant turn over in the resident manager position because they consistently fail to pay them base pay and bonus pay.

The apartments are large, clean, fairly up to date, the layout is good. The complex itself is quiet, no noise Read Moreissues, etc. Having a garage is a definite plus, and it's a large one-car garage, and in-unit washer/dryer was one of the selling points for me. I would have given it an excellent rating, but although I don't have a lot of connecting walls in my corner unit, the ones I do have don't seem very sound proof. I would have loved to hear my neighbors less and have more feeling of privacy.
