    There were some problems with the units being dated but I may be coming back to Whitnall point because of a di Read Morevorce I checked uot the apts because I heard they up dated there apt and some have washer and dryers stop in to see one was very impressed.

    Overall, good place to live. The staff is friendly and professional. The area is good, I feel safe, and I like Read More that it is a dog community. The only draw back I would have to say is that when I moved in they said there would be a newer stove installed and i have yet to see it and i have been here for a year and a half. the stove in my apartment is out dated and it looks like someone touched the white up with paint. Other than that this is a good place to live.

    I do not like notices left in envelopes by my door. It is a clear sign to anyone that I am not at home. Email Read Morewould be a much more secure option.

    Also, the garage door in my bldg is not reliable. It failed again today, and has been left open for days during prior breakdowns, again with potential security issues resulting.

    Very nice grounds, 2 pools, but but parking lots are big...long walks with groceries. I feel my my rent does n Read Moreot match my apartment (no updates, old carpet, countertops that leave sawdust in drawers). There are plenty of "plans", but I do feel that my rent is on the high side for my apartment.

    The ammenities they offer are great and convenient and well kept. The office staff is relatively friendly alt Read Morehough you do occasionally have to wait a bit because the office is usually busy with potential new residents.

    Never had an issue getting a prompt resolution on a maintenance issue.

    Sometimes had issues with parking in the winter due to people who can't park on the streets overnight parking in the permit spots in the lots but that is only on occasion.
