The staff was very helpful and they did a good job of keeping up the appearance of the facility. However, this Read More was at the expense of the residents' collective privacy. There were constant notes about keeping up appearances and an ongoing witch hunt for a vehicle that's leaking oil.
All-in-all, a fair compromise for good looking grounds, but I think a happier medium could be found.

Right up against the highway, there is construction that starts in the early morning hours and runs throughout Read More the day into the late night hours during the summer, and a nice snowmobile trail running at all hours during the winter. They tell you that the windows have "extra sound barriers" but I don't know that I would agree.

Upstairs apartment was very loud, cigarette smoke could be smelled in our 1st floor apartment from upstairs ap Read Moreartment, upstairs apartment would throw their cigarette butts off their balcony and land onto our patio or into our flower beds, very noisey doors/hallways, lots of trouble with tripping of circuit breakers, cheap carpet in apartments, cheap blinds in apartment.

The office staff is super friendly and always quickly answer any questions. I loved being able to use the wor Read Morek out room as well, only once or twice were there instances where I had to wait to use equipment that I wanted to use. During winter, the staff also shoveled and plowed snow very timely. Also it was nice to have plenty of parking to not have to worry about friends and family finding somewhere to park.

They try hard to keep the place looking nice and the manager responds promptly to concerns. NOISE from the u Read Morepper units are a problem. Not built sound proof AT ALL. Also, if you are on the lower floors, you can't use your cell phone. The signal can't penetrate through the upper floors. Everyone sits outside to call or in their cars during the winter- frustrating!
