I really enjoyed the little lake that my patio looked out on. It was conveniently located by grocery, gas and Read More the freeway. My neighbors, both up and down, were absolutely a treat to get to know. The complex offered social gatherings and the work out facility was accessible 24/7 in the nicely decorated community building where I could have reserved space for a party/gathering. Would have stayed if I had not found the house I wanted. Reasonable rent, nice garage space & attentive maintainence

First, I would like to say that the maintenance of the facility was excellent. When something needed to be fi Read Morexed they were very prompt and thorough. The facility was nicely landscaped and kept, I do think they put a little too much blue dye in the lake though.
My only complaint is that the rent is high, they at one point, tried to bill us extra each month for not going into a yearly lease, they removed water as being an included utility, and they try to get a lot of your deposit at the end.
