The heating bills are outrageous due to poor insulation and cheep windows with no insulation value. Kitchen s Read Moretorage is not enough lack of drawers built on a slab so floors are a bit cold. Small water heater only allows a short shower. Lack of outlets for lighting.

Construction noise starts at 6:00 am. Pool closed early. Exercise room has been closed for months. We have ha Read Mored 3 nails in our tires. Light pole was just taken out yesterday because the roads are too slick. Insulation is so very poor. Garage door would not close today..I will work on that one tomorrow. This place is so terrible.

PARKING, PARKING, PARKING. They only allowed two vehicles and no parking on the street and built in no visito Read Morer parking. They have plenty of land there...put in a parking lot or two. Naughty notes were sent out every other week. We also had a back yard but no way to access it or enjoy it in any way. No paths just cram as many apartments as you can in a small space. For the price a few more amenities were in order.
