Upkeep is not always up to par as far as shoveling walkways for any amount of snow where many times ice builds Read More and things not salted they expect you to keep it up. Never did that anywhere I lived and providing salt and asking tenants to keep up is not our responsability that's why you choose to rent so you have no upkeep. Appliances are way outdated.

This complex is average. The electric heat is costly and the appliances are not energy efficient. The electri Read Morec heat causes large amounts of black mold, all they will do is clean it and paint over the mold. If you have a small child cleaning the mold is not effective. The garages are not close to the apartment units.

Overall my experience hear has been good. It is a nice community with friendly people and staff. My issue is t Read Morehey find a way to increase your rent after every year, pricing people out and creating huge turnover. We have been hear for almost 4 years and our rent has increased $100+ from when we started living here.

They took care of the grounds fairly well, responded to repair calls in a generally quick manner. However, so Read Moreme of the staff is rather incompetent and expect to see your rent go up by quite a bit each year.
