It's a great place to live. Love the apartment and the room we have also love the washer and dryer in our unit Read More it's nice not to have to go to a laundry room and the few times we had minor issues they had mantinence here quickly to fix the problem for what we wanted In an apartment we found everything here for a great price

The complex was very slow to respond to any problems. The water heater in the unit above us broke and flooded Read Moreour apartment, so I had soaking wet carpet, drywall, ceilings, and personal belonging. The manager said she would deduct some off of our electric bill for the electricity used to run the fans for several days! The problem was black mold started forming in the walls from it and they never attempted to do anything but paint over the water marks. I ended up breaking my lease to move out!!!!

Lived in residence for 14 months. First 12 months were acceptable. Only problem was dryer that was provided in Read More the apartment burned our clothing. They use older washer/dryer units that did not work very well. After first year however we had smokers move in to adjoining apartment and smoke would come into our apartment. After complaining several times, and several attempts to move us instead of new tenants, we left. If a non-smoking apartment is important to you I would not rent from here.

They are very quick with any repairs or problems I have had. They have emergency maintenance guys on duty, and Read More they come as soon as possible.
