Building we were in was updated and clean. HVAC on lower unit would be nice. The building we were in came with Read More 2 assigned underground parking spots. Grounds kept clean. Difficult to find parking spots for guests due to lack of visitor spots or tenants using them as their own. When we moved out (2013), we were told garage spaces were getting removed to connect their neighboring property for maintenance convenience. Overall Rate- Good (Would live there again)

The management company does patch repairs instead of fixing things properly. I lived there for 2 1/2 years wi Read Moreth a piece of plywoodbcovering an opening in my ceiling where there had been a leak.

Definitely not worth the price but overall it passes the grade. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful and kept Read More property up to standard. Only downfall is the price
