I was very surprized this winter to have a utility bill of $184 for one month. Always a draft - outter walls Read Moreare very cold, windows "leak" around framing. Fireplace does not seal properly. Weather stripping does not seal around doors, and garage door has gaps where snow comes in.

The only issue I had was how bad the rent went up the second year and the fact I was nickeled and dimed on my Read Moresecurity deposit.

Other than being expensive, the apartment was nice. We didn't ask for too many repairs (that I can recall) so Read MoreI cannot really speak to the maintenance crew. I thought the community fees were a little expensive at the time as well.
