Overall, we've had a decent experience with HPC. Unfortunately our floor was squeaky for residents below (al Read Moreso new residents) so a month was spent redoing floors after we had set up all our furniture, etc. So that was hugely inconvenient. We understood the floors were somewhat old/needed repairs but should have been inspected BEFORE we moved in. They did reimburse our rent that month, but we were uncomfortably squished w/belongings.The rooms are spacious; we like the walk in closet w/laundry.

The rent prices continue to go up every year by significant amounts. Also, the landscape and snow removal ser Read Morevices are poor, and the common areas in the building are not well maintained and smell bad.

The buildings and grounds are well-maintained, our maintenance requests were dealt with super quickly and thor Read Moreoughly, and staff is always friendly and helpful. The area is nice too -- I feel safe in this neighborhood. My neighbors have all been really easy to live around. It's also a very pet-friendly residence, and everyone cleans up after their animals.

I appreciate the continued efforts you make to updating and fixing the property... such as parking lights and Read Morefixing pavement. I do wish though that the incline for the entrance to the apartments could be lower.
