      I do not like that I am required to pay $75 per month for a cable service that I do not want.

      Nice apartments but nothing to the community. Wish there was amenity spaces for residents. There is the theate Read Morer but not readily available for use.

      The Greenbush/Vilas neighborhood offers countless opportunities for community interaction€”coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms, zoo, arboretum, bike paths, etc., so instead of a gym or pool we put the dough in our apartments, making them more attractive and roomier than our competition, figuring our residents would make the most of the greater community vibe already humming all around. Still, we do have the Historic Auditorium, quiet lounges and courtyard, and we'd love to help you use them.

      Love my apartment but feel that it is expensive for not including parking or any type of workout facility. Fru Read Morestrating that rent increased at the end of the year when all units are not full and people are not resigning their leases.
