Mgmt was not responsive to problems. Rent was raised but there were no improvements. Parking was a major prob Read Morelem.

Sub-par apartments, drafty, in poor condition when it comes to the actual units and not worth the price you pa Read Morey. Turnover is high because of this and having to pay an arm and a leg for utilities makes people want to leave. The staff is nice and helpful and the amenities are nice but not outstanding. Everything that the complex offers is overall mediocre and could be easily remedied with putting the resouces in updating the actual units, rather than just the grounds.

Stonewood was a very quiet and secluded place. Although it was right by the highway, you didn't hear the noise Read More of cars unless you walked to that side of the development. I enjoyed my time living there, but I needed another bedroom so sadly I had to move out.
