The floors and walls are pretty thin. A family with small children lived above me who loved to tap dance and d Read Morerop bowling balls, and the maintanence man living below. Not a pleasent situation. No assigned parking... May end up two or three buildings away from your appt. It is an ok starter apartment

These apartments are a good value for the size that they are. Sometimes the resident manager is less then help Read Moreful, but maintenance is taken care of in a very timely fashion.

ANYONE and EVERYONE parks in our lot, its is supposed to be for residents. There is zero regulation on this. S Read Morenow is not plowed in a timely manner or in a manner that keeps up w/the snowfall. Many times we have been unable to get a car in or out w/out shoveling it ourselves. This shouldn't be a difficult task. Plow the sidewalk and lot, plain and simple, its unsafe not to. Zero excuses on not keeping on top of that.

The pictures in the brochure are very decieving. They spend more time and money worried about landscaping then Read More they do with resolving issues amongst other residents such as noise complaints, trash throughout the complex, and parking issues. I was dissatisfied with the way staff will accuse certain residents of not cleaning up after their pets. They spend more money collecting and testing dna samples of your pets to find out who is not picking up after them than fully checking out new residents.
