The apartment needed some updates, and some repairs. There was plaster that was cracked on the walls, and loo Read Morese tiles in the bathroom. The windows were really nice, and very insulated, although one could not put an air conditioning unit in them when it got hot in the summer. While the building manager was very friendly and hard working, there were too many repairs for him to do on his own, and things were never finished.
