The apartments are beautiful. Large windows with lots of light, great kitchen with brand new appliances. in un Read Moreit laundry and extensive closet space sealed the deal for us. The only downfalls are that the windows are poorly insulated in winter (high energy bills!) and that the office is only open from 9-4:30 Monday-Friday, so if you have a job good luck getting a package or speaking with the building manager.

We love our apartment unit and the building location. The management and maintenance service is severely lacki Read Moreng. There is no maintenance on-site, so every time the fire alarms go off (every few months), the fire department comes and the entire building is forced to evacuate (at all hours) and no one is here to shut off the alarm. The odor in the elevator (from the adjacent garbage chute) is often noxious. The stairwells and fitness room are absolutely filthy.
