They are timely with inquiries and I ha Read Moreve had no big issues with the apartment. -The water pressure is amazing and the hot water never runs out! -With thick concrete walls I can't hear my neighbors at all! -I feel safe here too.

My biggest complaint is the neighborhood. Unfortunately our unit face East and South. Starting Memorial day an Read Mored going into December there is a little dive bar which essentially has an outdoor dj booth. They play music Friday nights, Saturday nights and ALL day Sunday, making your unit essentially uninhabitable due to the volume of the noise. The noise is inescapable in your unit. At this price point, I shouldn't have to deal with this.

The building exterior and interiors are always very clean and well maintained. The staff is the best I have e Read Morever experienced - they go out of their way to accommodate any need I have. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. The building is mainly concrete so the soundproofing is incredible...I literally never hear my neighbors. The view from my living room is stunning. Entertainment of all sorts is only steps away. It's a great place to live!

Location is great, apartments are nice. Concierge service is a huge selling point, but it truly seems as if mo Read Morest days it's a colossal pain to some of the staff to deliver a package/drycleaning, etc. If it's such a pain, why offer the service? The customer service level for this amount of rent needs to be greater. Ex- Gave a Xmas gift card for staff w/ personal note for outstanding service provided, didn't even receive a simple thank you.
