I was promised several things that I did not receive, or did not receive in a timely manner. The North End al Read Moreso did not inform me that half of my building was used by people with rent assistance until after I moved in. The building is nice though and in a good area. It is great for having guests and the one-bedroom is the perfect size.

We were the second resident ever in the 1 bedroom we lived in, so it was very new. We no longer live in WI, bu Read Moret when I visited recently, I noticed they built another building behind The ONE at The North End, so I imagine the view we used to have of the river from our place is not so great anymore. We used to be able to see Lakefront Brewery from our patio and watch the rowers go by. The parking was kind of pricey for the garage and sketchy across the street, but I think they've improved that.
