In a world filled with apartments, office buildings and parking structures, we'd like to introduce you to a neighborhood. Where most places come with a lobby and some parking, The North End offers endless amenity spaces to truly enhance your lifestyle. Our community boasts an amazing rooftop terrace complete with sunning deck and outdoor kitchen, social networking hot spots, a game room, state of the art fitness center as well as a public square offering fire pits and live music during our Summer Concert Series! We've built a true downtown neighborhood-walking distance to Brady and Water Street locales, grocers, boutiques and restaurants, and showcasing Milwaukee's River walk. Instead of a unit, you have a home. Welcome to the neighborhood! In your new home you will find modern interior finishes and design that distinguish The North End from the more traditional apartments currently available in the downtown area. These are truly condo-level apartments for rent!

I was promised several things that I did not receive, or did not receive in a timely manner. The North End al Read Moreso did not inform me that half of my building was used by people with rent assistance until after I moved in. The building is nice though and in a good area. It is great for having guests and the one-bedroom is the perfect size.

We were the second resident ever in the 1 bedroom we lived in, so it was very new. We no longer live in WI, bu Read Moret when I visited recently, I noticed they built another building behind The ONE at The North End, so I imagine the view we used to have of the river from our place is not so great anymore. We used to be able to see Lakefront Brewery from our patio and watch the rowers go by. The parking was kind of pricey for the garage and sketchy across the street, but I think they've improved that.
