Ugly, mid-century building. Very utilitarian, unattractive and not well-kept. Hallways constantly smell like Read Morefood and tobacco smoke, are not well kept or well lit, and are very depressing. The east elevator says it has a capacity of "12 persons" but it's so old that it gets stuck if there's more than 3 adults at one time. All furniture must be carried up the stairs unless you're on the first floor. Inside the apartments, the place looks brighter and cleaner, and for the most part, it's OK.

Overall, my stay at the apartment was okay, but there were incidents with others within the building, where my Read More car was broken into. Upon moving out, none of my security deposit was given back to me, even though I cleaned the apartment and it appeared similar to when I moved in. Also, the heating and air conditioning of the units was not what I would expect for an apartment.
