Overall I'm pretty satisfied with Prairie Landing Apartments. The premises is always clean, the recent remodel Read More looks great, and the management staff are always friendly. I only have a couple of gripes, however. The first is I wish outdoor patio grilling was allowed. I know all the balconies are wood and it's just a safety precaution, but it's still an inconvenience. And second, other tenants are just too noisy and there doesn't seem to be a rule about noise levels.

Management has the better than you attitude and treat people very disrespectfully sometimes hatefully.

The management office is friendly and professional. The maintenance guy is fast and efficient with all repairs Read More. The buildings are very clean. Our neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The gym, computer room, and laundry room are also very clean and all have working equipment. We have never had any issues living in this apartment complex. (We moved here in March 2014) Sharon, Wisconsin is also a very nice, small, and quiet town.

When I have had a small problem an reported it to management, the manager
took note of it and I had no long Read More waits for help, eg 2 days at most. Things were taken into account and fixed promptly.
