The experience was great. At the time of signing the lease everything was explained well and all our questions Read More were answered. We had no issues with any of our neighbors. Our refrigerator had an issue and it was fixed/replaced in the same day I called about the issue. Move out inspection went smoothly and had no issues getting our security deposit back.

Community Was Nice. Because It Was Out Of The City Limits (And On The South Side) There Were Some Undesirable Read MoreVisitors. I Lived In The 2 Bedroom; Kitchen Had Very Odd Storage, Only 1 Drawer And Very Awkward Cabinet Space. A/C And Heater Were Very Loud When They Came On.

Lost my job and couldn't afford the last 4 months of my rent. They charged a $1000 buy out plus charged for cl Read Moreeaning after a walkthrough concluded they wouldn't. The fire alarm went off without warning and the staff couldn't be bothered to come fix it.

While the first impression is a nice clean place that allows pets, the sad fact is there are a lot of careless Read More neighbors that will ruin your patio furniture should you be unfortunate to live on anything but the top floor. In addition the walls are thin and you will hear every fight and party your neighbors have - having had two very trashy neighbors I finally moved out when management proved incompetent at dealing with issues that included ruined property.
