Pet Policy: We are pet friendly! Two pets per apartment home are allowed; breed restrictions apply; maximum weight limit of 65 pounds; a refundable pet deposit of $200 is required per pet as well as a $300 non-refundable pet fee per apartment. Pet rent of $40 per apartment is required per month.
