      I have always been happy with the management and maintenance staff. The apartments are spacious for the price and the appliances were updated while I was a resident. The main thing that appealed to me was how pet friendly the apartment was, given that I have a large dog that most complexes would not allow. My understanding is the complex has even put in a dog run since I left, so your puppies can stretch their legs without having to drive to the dog park.

      I have lived here for seven years and that's for a reason! Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood! Maintenace is extremely thorough and they fix issues very swiftly! Eron, the property manager, is extremely friendly, consistent, and ensures that we are given different activities to participate in monthly to show appreciation to all residents!! If you're looking for a great community to live in, Shadowood is the right place!!

      My wife and I have lived here at Shadowood for about 5-6 months now. The apartments are really nice, well built, and well maintained. Maintenance is only one call away when you have issues. Management is excellent!!! Insures that the complex is as safe and resident friendly as possible.

      I've been living here for about 2 years now and it really is a good place to live. It's close by to convince stores, gas stations, and some fast food as well as the community college. The bus route is easy to access for anyone who needs it. As far as the complex itself goes, I have lived in the two bedroom townhouse and now currently live in the one bedroom flat. The townhouse is so spacious, it has more than enough room for anything you might need. There are plenty of nice sized closets (including 3 walkins: both bedrooms and under the stairs). The bathrooms are attractive with a good bit of storage although this complex has some issues with paint peeling in the tubs. The kitchen feels a little small, but two people can be in there and cook together. The one bedroom flat feels massive. Although smaller than the townhouse, it has a much more open layout that flows easily throughout. The kitchen is massive and I am still having trouble filling up all of the cabinets! The bathroom is a decent size, but it too has the paint peeling issue. The crown jewel of this flat is the great sized bedroom and huge walkin closet. By huge, I mean massive. It could easily be a small nursery. The a/c and heater are a little loud. Since it is placed right outside the bedroom door it is much better to sleep with the door closed. I rarely have any other noise issues, being on the bottom floor. The outdoor space of both apartments is nice and easy to manage. They both offer a good bit of privacy. I love my little patio. There is plenty of parking. I love the staff. Ms. Lackley works so hard to make this place a community. She regularly offers fun things for the kids, pets, and adults in the complex to promote the community feeling. Ian, our maintainace man, has such a positive personality and is always willing to help. Overall, I am happy to call this place home!

      Hello, I live in apartment E5, these are beautiful apartments, comfortable, neat and clean on the inside as well outside and are very peaceful. They can use some update in the kitchen with the cabinets, they are dated, I believe there days for painting is over. Also I believe if you could get rid of the cheap screen doors that are on the patio door and give us a quality screen door I believe the screem will stay on track. I don't believe you could ask for a more professional and sweeter person to manage these apartments than Mrs. Aaron and maintenance guy Mr. Lan who's always on the job when there is an issue. I thank God for them Wise choice when hiring them. Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
