I have stayed in rental apartments in 4 different states. Garden District is the best community in my experien Read Morece. The office staff is very friendly, the community is very clean and the maintenances are really quick.

I love living here! If I have an issue its always resolved the day I need it. The property is always super cle Read Morean and I rarely have an issue with noisy neighbors. I love the safety I feel here. Communication is never an issue with the staff, if something needs to be done I am constantly getting reminders from y'all. I never feel out of the loop with what's going on.

I had multiple leaks, problems, and more than one bad maintenance experience. It is extremely expensive for li Read Moreving in such conditions. They never fixed multiple things that I asked them to when I moved in.
