    I was nervous to come to Auburn not knowing anyone but the Hub really helped the transition. I find it super easy to get to campus, not much traffic even on game days. Tons of guest parking and easy to find parking even at night.

    Warning - do not allow your children to stay here. They paired my 18-year-old daughter with a 29-year-old non-student who smokes even though we specifically asked for non-smoking because my daughter had two sinus surgeries a month before moving in. We have repeatedly complained to management to get reassigned but they refuse to move us or let is out of the lease. They do not care about student safety - especially females - and health concerns do not even warrant an acknowledgment from them.

    Don't live there! Terrible apartment and management I ever have seen. The room is dirty. The management will do something against you if they don't like you. Since I left this apartment, they wrote the address of sending deposit check wrong on purpose. When you call them to change the address to be correct, they said they can't do anything about it and give a number with no one answer for slove problem. The attitude of staff in the office is extremely bad.

    This place what you see on the web=site a beautiful apartment,go in time 30 years and that is what you find when you unlock your door.Nasty,dirty,told will get cleaning crew out,Went back to the office end of day to see when they wil arrive,put on a list.lease was made in May,move in in August,This needs to end this type of business taking money,and not even bothering to clean, Moving next renters in, roaches love the place they get to live free,and the know they want be bothered.

    I have been asked this quite often because people have heard horrible things about the hub. this past year the hub gave me a room without electricity and had me waiting 2 months to fix it. They were very unprofessional, the workers were rude, the maintenance workers did not clean up after themselves when they completely destroyed not only my room, but our living room. they always left our door WIDE OPEN. The manager would say things and not act upon them like when my roommate wouldnt pay the water bill, he said he would have a meeting with him and never did. And the situation im going through at the moment is that the prior employees did not tell me I had to pay to move from one room to the other in the same apartment, and that I had to take everything out and move back in on the 16th of august. all they told me was to let them know what room ill be switching to and they would put it in their system. no mention of me moving out or of me having to pay. Luckly the new manager is helping me through this as I dont even live in the state. Last year was horrible, hopefully things will change. The apartment yes is pretty, but you can hear everything your neighbor is saying or if someone is walking by you could hear their whole conversation.
