Only two pets allowed per unit. No Aggressive Breeds- Pit Bulls, American Stafford Terrier, Doberman, Chow, Rottweiler, Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Bulldog. No exotic animals such as snakes, insects or alligators, etc. Pet Fee for Westshore Landing is $300 non refundable for all pets 25 lbs and under and $350 non refundable for all pets 26 lbs and above. Pet rent is $10 per month per animal.

It can become quite a hastle trying to get the specifics squared away with the leasing manager, but once moved Read More in, Westshore Landing is a nice peaceful place to live.

Thank you for your review and being part of our Westshore Landing family. We apologize that your move did not go as smoothly as it should have. We are here to make sure everyone's move is as stress free as possible. Please feel free to go by the office and meet Debbie, who was with this community for almost six years and she is back!
The management company (not the actual working managers on duty in the office) have done a poor job with keepi Read Moreng consistent management in the office. Whoever is in charge of management staffing has replaced management three to four times in less than a year and I think that has caused poor management for the entire complex. When we did have an office manager, they were only in 3 or so days a week. Also, our rent went up every year that we lived at WSL which has never happened anywhere else.

Thank you for your comments. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you or any of our valued residents. Sometimes during a ownership/management change, we unfortunately go through a few people until we get the right fit for the community. We are please to say that Debbie, who was with this community for almost six years is back. She is on site Monday ~ Friday from 9:00 to 6:00. If the office must be closed for meetings, etc., there will be a notice posted for our residents.
Apartments are spacious and comfortable. I am really pleased with most things about my home. I do believe that Read More some things need to be upgraded--kitchen cabinets and bathrooms.
