IMPORTANT UPDATE I feel compelled to share my recent experience with all of you, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. My fiance and I stumbled upon this place online, and it seemed like a dream come true. After retiring from the military and wanting a fresh start, we decided to take the leap and sign a lease for this supposedly "fully renovated" apartment. Little did we know, it would turn out to be a complete disaster. On the day of our move-in, I excitedly went to collect the keys and start unpacking, only to be greeted by a sight straight out of a horror movie. Trash piled up on the floor, an uncleaned toilet with urine stains, an oven that couldn't even open due to a blocking drawer, and the list goes on. None of the amenities promised on the website were present, and the balcony was disgustingly filthy. To make matters worse, there was a creepy door next to us leading to what looked like a drug den. I immediately went to the office to voice my concerns. The response I received was beyond disappointing. The staff seemed completely oblivious to the state of the apartment, with the lady at the desk proudly stating that she had cleaned the bathtub but hadn't bothered to check the toilet or the oven. It was clear that there was a severe lack of oversight and accountability. I escalated the issue to the manager, who acknowledged the problems but blamed it on the cleaning crew's absence. He also mentioned that the balconies were an ongoing issue that required additional funds to fix. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the regional manager offered to add the missing items from the website and threw in a measly $300.00. However, this would mean constant disruptions and people coming in and out to fix and clean things that should have been taken care of before my move-in date. Frustrated and feeling trapped due to my impending military move. The rest of my rating is on apartment ratings.com

Apartment has rats. Multiple found in mine and 4 in neighbors . Looks nice on internet but looks are deceiving. There are more charges that were told upfront like water about 80 dollars without washer and drier, dirty complex.

Erica Ross is amazing. She listens and is very attentive to her clients. She was new when we because residents, but since then, she is very concerned and moves with a sense of urgency to every need and concern. I highly recommend her as your leasing agent.

They work with me as much as they can. They have the resources of a large company but leverage those resources and treat you like it is family-run.

I love the area. Always beautiful grounds, wonderful staff that are always available and very caring. I have lived here over 10 years now. I am very happy with my apartment. I always feel safe. The staff plans various fun activities for tenants. A great loving and family environment. I would strongly recommend Brookhighland if you are looking for new home. Awesome amenities!
