They are NOT zoned for Vestavia schools. Your child has to go to school 20-30 minutes away in Irondale.

where do I begin? First off, moving day. I moved fro Pensacola and the apartment wasnt cleaned. had ro get a hotel room for a night because the apartment wasnt ready. After moving in, this is what I found: Appliances were dirty, beat up and not working/ Tile around fireplace broken and missing no knobs on closet doors (that don't close). Shelving off walls in closet. a hole in bathtub where you can see the ground dryer vent clogged airconditioning freezes kitchen cabinets sticky over all smell of vermin. caught rat in kitchen. ithas been over two weeks and with calling everyday no one has come to rectify any grievances. Poorly run, and run down. For a $1000 a month i feel like im living in the projects.

I've had nothing but problem after problem since the day I moved into this apartment(March 2018). From maintenance not completing work orders to the office manager taking it upon herself to enter my apartment thinking nobody was home. Calling corporate is a waste of time. They have you call a number that sends you a call center that can only take your complaint/request. Nothing has been done about the issues I've been having with them and I have not heard back from any complaints I've filed with the corporate. Please save your time moving here. They also are not upfront about all the fees that is not included in the rent. I gave one star due to location and the area is super quiet even though we are right down the street for the hospital.

Ill spare myself the time by only mentioning the horrific and ignorant (newish staff) and the fabulous pools and landscaping!! Please feel free to come check it out for yourself.

I moved into this apartment with carpets uncleaned with pet urine , unpainted walls, with a rent reduction. I realized after living through 8 years of promises of "we go by prioety" nothing gets done. Each year my rent has gone up 40% . There's a constant leak around the pool I wonder if we pay for. My bill started at $20 now is 80 I have a microwave that takes 10 minutes to heat a cup of coffee. I had a leak from my ceiling a year ago. I call every weeks. Each time I'm told "did not know.....Run,fast! Claims ignorance. Changes management.

I was thinking of moving to this complex, but I then I heard about a water leak. Apparently there has been a leak since SEPTEMBER, which has increased tenants water bills 100%!! And the complex is currently refusing to reimburse the tenants for the leak that is the complexes fault. Spread the word! The staff here does not care about fixing the leak! They do not care that the tenants water bills have drastically spiked!! On top of this they are threatening to evict tenants who are not wanting to pay the water because of the doubling of cost! They are breaking the landlord tenant agreement of having good and safe plumbing! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am SO glad I heard about this before moving!!!
