I've had nothing but problem after problem since the day I moved into this apartment(March 2018). From maintenance not completing work orders to the office manager taking it upon herself to enter my apartment thinking nobody was home. Calling corporate is a waste of time. They have you call a number that sends you a call center that can only take your complaint/request. Nothing has been done about the issues I've been having with them and I have not heard back from any complaints I've filed with the corporate. Please save your time moving here. They also are not upfront about all the fees that is not included in the rent. I gave one star due to location and the area is super quiet even though we are right down the street for the hospital.

The apartments a older but still very good. The appliances, A/C and water heater, could be updated to more efficient models. My biggest problem is with the pest control contractors. They do not come by often enough and when they do come by, they do not do a good job. Frequently see cockroaches and other bugs in my apartment. If you tell them to come by enough in a week they finally will get the job done but you will need to get on them again in a month.

The service is ok. I put in 3 request for ice maker to be fixed and it's still not producing ice. The energy in the office seems negative.

When I moved out, I was charged $700 for carpet that only had normal wear and tear, but I didn't take pictures, so I had no proof. Also when I receive the bill for the carpet damage, I called to set up payment arrangements with the apartment manager, and she said that was fine, however she left the company and there was no record of the arrangement. Needless to say, it was sent to collections, and I paid it through the collection agency.

Colony Woods has been my best experience in renting. These guys are very proactive at any service requests. I really enjoy the technical services on the website for ease of taking care of what I need.
