The apartment complex is very clean and quite . When problems have happened the response time has been fast. The staff has always worked with me on repair issues.

I have lived here around 6 years. It has a great location with easy access. This complex is typically quite for apartment life. One of the best apartment complex to live in inside the Homewood School District. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems.

The office staff are great! Nice and helpful. The maintenance staff are good, but they don't always notify me when they have completed a request. The trash service is great. It would be nice to have some sort of gym. Most other apartments I've seen have one.

The apartments needs to be upgraded and renovated. Everything is old and on its last leg. There is also a water issue with water pressure frequently. The bathrooms and kitchen in particular are the main rooms that need to be renovated. Also I think it's easier to have laminated floors instead of carpet. The air conditioner units also needs to be replaced my air in the warm and hot months go out frequently.
