          It's a new building and there have been some hiccups that come with that. The pool flooded, which caused the lobby to flood, causing the fire alarm to go off often over the span of a week.

          The property is spacious, peaceful and immaculately kept. Minutes away from downtown activities such as Railroad Park, Regions Field, Lakeview and everything else the city has to offer!

          Moved in, place was not cleaned. Since it was brand new, I shouldn't have to come into an overpriced apt and have to vacuum sheet rock and also have to unclog the bathtub due debris from the workers. Or while hanging things on the walls, seeing marks on walls, warped sheet rock that you can tell from one of the bedrooms and living rooms. Should I continue to go on or I assume the owner/builder know these things already. Again cheap and overpriced. I will be having my lawyer look over my lease

          These apartments have it all! So close to Pepper Place, Lakeview, amazing restaurants and everything happening downtown! Not to mention the view is great, neighbors are all friendly and the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious.

          Awesome location. But the trash pick up schedule is terrible. At least 2 times a week the dumpsters around the building are emptied before 5am and it's ridiculously loud.
