    I have lived here for about a year and a half now. It is not a bad place but also not the best. The walls are thin, especially if you live on the bottom floor you can hear everything going on upstairs. I have never been able to get into the gym and have only seen the pool open a handful of times.*** There is a legitimate scare of flooding*** and it is in the lease if you read it carefully. However I do not feel unsafe and my neighbors are all very friendly. It is one of the few places I can easily afford and UAB is only a 10 minute drive at the most. You cannot beat the location and the price, if you are willing to put up with some inconvenience.

    There are the occasional bug or two and the walls are very thin. I have to be careful not to offend my neighbors. I know they can hear me because I can hear them.

    Maintenance guy is responsive and hard working, but contractors leave messes and promised amenities (pool, gym) are constantly delayed.

    My building is currently being renovated and oftentimes the construction crew does not clean up the area very well. The cement is stained from construction and really needs to be cleaned. Also, they have not done landscaping for my building, which makes it look unfinished compared to the rest of the complex. I was told the office and workout room would be complete by last October and it's still not finished.
