    A new manager and things are running wonderfully.
    I wanted to repeat my review.I cannot say enough about how great it is to finally see an apartment community, that is well managed and maintained. Besides my own home, I lived in for many years until my husbands death, I have lived no where better. I lived in one of the neighboring property's that was like a nightmare. Daphne seems to have a huge shortage of property's that are completely unconcerned about maintenance and its residents. Not Here.... The Paladin at Jubilee puts every complex on notice in Daphne. The Big Guns have arrived, either clean up your act or knock them down and rebuild. Everything at The Paladin at Jubilee is special. All beautiful patio homes with garages, staff that cares. and many nice neighbors, all at an affordable rental rate. I cannot wait to use the huge kitchen when my grown children come home. I cannot say enough without you thinking this review is fake. The manager is so dear and respectful. She understood my duress trying to move out of the other place and move in at The Paladin at Jubilee. This Community and its management staff and ownership, remember the way to act, hopefully we all aspire to do the same. Honesty and Integrity to a fault. I wished my former husband who was a pastor for many years, could be here with me. This community and its staff causes me to have more faith , it had slipped for a moment after my last place. Thank you for making this my home.

    Nice apartments, but grounds, etc could be better maintained. Somewhat slow to repair or replace things like landscaping elements, fences, etc. inattentive to some things and persnickety about others.

    The only issue I have come across is office staff accessibility. I can hardly ever get in touch with anyone via phone. And they do not reply to voicemail messages. I've had maintenance issues twice, that have taken long periods of time to get resolved (or that have taken a long time for me to get information/feedback on) because of the problems with accessibility by phone.
