Community and office staff are great. Getting Maintenace done is a big joke!! Waiting 4 weeks for minor things, we have a second bathroom we can't even use due to the commode leaking all the time, my electric sockets in the living room & bedrooms do not hold a plug, they continuously fall out even after trying a multitude of plugs and no ice maker (doesn't work). Yes, everyone is shorthanded but when you drive around and they are just sitting on their cart puffing away, it makes a person angry; just saying.

This is a great place to live! We were introduced to rent track recently and I subscribed. I couldn't believe it! My credit score increased 89 points! Thanks Fieldcrest!

I have lived at Fieldcrest for a long time and have never had any real problems. Any maintenance problems (very few and minor) have been attended to in a timely manner. I enjoy the location and the place is beautiful.

Everyone who works in the office and maintenance workers are excellent. I love where it located. Also landscape is beautiful . One thing I could not say "excellent" is my rent goes up on every renewal of the lease. I wish if it was fixed amount every renewal.
