DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office staff listens but lies as well. The property manager Penny is never available.The maintenance does not fix anything. I moved into an apartment with several damages. There is now mold growing in my apartment. You open a work order, they close it the next day marking it “completed”When they don’t even come over to even LOOK at the issue. This is like living in the projects. Don’t waste your money.

Worst place I have ever lived. My apartment was damaged from the day I moved in and the damages were never repaired despite consistently notifying staff. There was black mold growing in various places inside the wall. Maintenance “fixed it” by painting over it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.

I love living here I’m brand new to the Birmingham area my experience this far is absolutely amazing! From the office staff to maintenance everyone I came in contact with has gone the extra mile to make me feel at home! I definitely made the right choice when I chose to call Stoney Brook Home!

1/5 stars based on undefined reviewsJune 09, 2021Horrible community,disgusting management, nothing works,dry rotted decks When you ask them to fix something they look at you like you’ve asked for a kidney .. my daughter was exposed to bulling ..also of you wanna see kids use the playground for a bathroom ..come on down. We were basically fooled by this company to move in. Also if you want the maintenance men watching you walk EVERYWHERE then I guess this would be the place for you. It’s made me VERY uncomfortable countless times. You always get to see fultondale frequently drive through because of car break ins. Id recommend the south side projects before this place.
