    Old apartment with problems despite the upgrades. The old windows and AC system provide for a sky rocketed utility bill.

    Management is wonderful. Structure is old and not equipped to handle current technology requirements.

    Washer and dryer connections vent into the apartment and not outside. This makes the apartment hot and uncomfortable during laundry. Metered water bill is ridiculously expensive. It doesn't give an accurate representation of water usage per apartment. I don't understand why billing has to be done this way.

    Several repairs needed to be done to my apartment after I moved in. It looked like nobody had checked the apartment between residents. I also never feel like I am treated with respect when I contact the office.

    The staff is great but the quality of construction is average. But overall our experience has been good.

    I'm continuously very disappointed in the water payment system. Paying an average of the entire building's bill is unfair, unnecessary and down right ridiculous. Many of my colleagues who live nearby in 2 or even 3 bedroom apartments with roommates do not ever pay as much as my roommate and I pay for our water every month. There is no way that two college students use $90 or more per month.
