    Timberchase is a great place to stay for location. it's very quiet in this area, the down side of timber chase is the Apartments are very out dated it needs to be remodeled they are under new management so the outside they have redid looks great but they really need to update the inside bad...

    TimberChase is the excellent location to stay if your looking for an affordable and spacious apt. Although for the price there are a few updates that need are in much need of attention. The balcony and interior windows need to be updated. A clear gloss paint on the walls would help protect the walls from staining when touch and perhaps an occasional carpet cleaning would help preserve the modern vintage look. However the southern hospitality from the office staff may be the balancing factor.

    I just call it the way I see it. It's great. I plan to live here for a long time. I would like if you could building this apartment community a club house to be used for meetings or gatherings for the tenant's use. THINK ABOUT THAT!
