This place is the absolute worst, everything from the commutation between the management company from the terrible "renovation" that's been going on since December. If I would have know everything I know now I would have ran the other direction. Don't wast your money here, they'll tell you they upgraded the place but all they did is poorly paint over everything and replace some windows, not to mention there is a serious roach problem and major lack of maintenance.

The water is never on! They rarely come fix anything. I had a work order in for 2 weeks for my toilet before they came to fix it. The people in the office are rude and very nonchalant about the issues.

They are sorry don't fix anything. You have to keep on them about fixing things in your apartment and most of the time it will not get fixed. I have been three weeks without any air with a daughter who has asthma and myself who is a diabetic and has bronchitis. I would not recommend my dog to stay here.

I have lived here 5 years. The last 2 have been trying. Repairs take forever. Several times, instead of coming home to a repair, I find a note on the door saying that they don't have a key to the apartment. The lock hasn't been changed since I moved in. 8 days to fix the shower. 18 days without a dishwasher to have a mismatching one installed. The corner of the kitchen counter was broken during installation and never fixed. 8 days in July without AC. Left msg for MGR never heard back
