I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I stayed here from April 2017 to December 2017 and the en Read Moretire time the heat never worked. The maintenance staff seems to be more concerned with staging apartment for the next potential tenant than resolving work orders. The office staff isn't helpful in resolving maintenance issues either.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!This is by far the WOSRT complex I have ever lived in!!!1. Maintenance is beyond horrible. Read MoreThe day I moved in my stove wasnt working. It took me calling every day for 9 days before they fixed it. 2. My guest toilet has been leaking for 5 days and they still havent fixed it. 3. The office staff does NOT live here and could care less about what happens here. They are rude and VERY inconsiderate. 4. I have been here less than 3 months and the water in the entire complex has been shut off twice with no warning. 5. Someone tried to break into my apartment and I notified the front office staff and was shown no sympathy or regard for my safety.6. My kitchen sink has leaks whenever I use the sprayer. I reported it a week ago and still nothing has been done. These apatments are beautiful on the inside and very spacious but maintenance, management and the other people working here make it not worth it. Whats the point of having a nice apartment if NOTHING works!? As soon as my lease is up Im moving without a doubt!!! The things I have dealt with are unacceptable and as a paying tenant I should NOT have to live like this.

My brother lived in this apartment complex for approximately 4 days. He passed away unexpectedly at the age of Read More 31. 2 days after his passing my grieving parents went to management requesting that the deposit be returned. The payment was made in my parents account therefore their names were on the check. My parents 2 days after losing their son were told that, "The deposit would not be returned because he (my brother) had broken his lease." Contracts and legality aside I don't recommend anyone paying their hard earned money to an establishment that lack the empathy and sensitivity to look in the eyes of 2 people who had lost their child and say such a thing. Do yourself and your family a favor and choose a place that run their business with dignity and respect.
