    I have lived here two years and love it. They have made so great improvements since I moved in. There are minimal maintenance issues I have had but there are corrected quickly and not anything you wouldn't experience anywhere you lived. I really recommend it to anyone!

    1. Do not sign your lease before walking the actual apartment you will be signing it for. We were told we would have a new, updated apartment. They wanted us to sign the lease before viewing it and I felt uncomfortable doing so. When we walked it, it looked like a bad house flip. Things were missing in the kitchen, paint was slapped places. It by no means looked like the model apartment AT ALL. 2. If you have a maintenance issue, prepare for a week wait. I also believe they lose touch with the fact that these apartments are people's homes. Not to mention, 2x now I have been in the farthest bathroom from the door and maintenance was already opening my front door with their key. 3. Ants. Around your windows and porch doors. And we do not eat in our bedrooms or living room and I vacuum every other day. We haven't even reported this because, we're tired of everything. We just take a paper towel and get rid of them.4. The two salt water pools are not always cleaned.5.I like direct and accurate communication. They send an email giving you instructions one day for an upcoming week, then change their minds. 6. We had a dryer delivered and couldn't use it for almost a week because the vent was so bad it starting smoking.7. The ceiling in our storage closet on the balcony fell down. Debri is on top of everything. 8.Our cooling system was not cleaned before we moved in9. The list of things that should have been DONE before we signed the lease, but were not (toilet seat was busted, the toilets did not flush correctly, kitchen faucet was broke off, about half of the outlet covers do not correctly hold anything you plug into them, had to have light bulbs replaced on the second day and the kitchen light would not stay on with the switch, the cabinet handles in the kitchen are all falling off because they are cheap)10. Rent is too high for what you are getting.11. I have talked to 3 other residents with similar complaints.
