I gave it a 2 star because there was not a rating for my review. Never got a response from my inquiry. Contacted the apartments directly after 4 days. I was looking for a temporary lease for a remodeling project in my house and needed a short term lease. Called the office and asked to speak to the manager or assistant but the person answered told me she could help me. She said they were currently full and were on a waiting list for the first of January.

They were prompt in their response to my inquiry. Unfortunately they have a waiting list and could not accommodate me at this time but thats a good problem to have.

It is a nice quiet community for the most part. However, there are some individuals who abuse the pool privileges which has resulted in management limited the time the pool is open. I moved from Michigan to a warmer climate and last year my friends in Michigan still had their pool open and ours was closed. Memorial Day to Labor Day only. I will probably move when my lease is up for this reason.

Maintenance requests were taken care of within 24 hours. HVAC unit went out in the summer and they resolved the issue quickly, which impressed me the most. Management wasn't extremely friendly, but did assist if needed.

I enjoyed living at Monte Sano but when I left I was hit with a ridiculous carpet fee about have to replace the carpet when I know for a fact that the carpet was no damaged from when I lived there.
