    We had two discounts applied to the rent and every single month we had to call and get the rent adjusted due to the discounts not being applied. My wife referred a friend to move in and it took nearly four months for the referral credit to be applied. At the time of our move out we were owed a refund and have had issues getting the correct number applied. At the time of this review, the final invoice is still inaccurate.

    I didn't realize how nice my apartment was until I moved out. I had spacious parking, new appliances and the staff was very caring and professional.

    I like my apartment,,it is prefect for me. I have been here almost 3 years and love it. I like the layout of my apartment, and the up grade they made is really nice. The staff is very friendly and are very efficient on fixing anything very quickly. I would recommend these apartment any time...

    We went through three different management teams during our two and a half years of living at the Enclave/Indigo. The first two were very friendly, always willing to help. The last management had snobby desk assistants and an extremely rude maintenance manager. He gave us the impression that he felt women knew absolutely nothing about home repair. The dog park was always filled with dog feces, they even removed the trash disposal, which caused more people to leave their dog's waste.

    Office staff are frequently rude and condescending. There is an extreme lack of communication when things are going to change or be worked on in the complex. You have to hound them about long term maintenance tickets because they won't come back. People leave their pet's feces all over the grounds including sidewalks even though waste bags have been provided. In 6 months we are going to be next door to the largest high school in our area and it's football stadium and rent went up 30% for it.
