    I have been living in this apartment complex for 4 years and it seems like the front office change over employee wise has turned over so much, it doesn't make sense. Rent has been raised with no new up grades to the apartment.

    Honestly, if it weren't for the office staff I would have moved from out here a long time ago. There are some residents who think they own the place and if you do one thing to upset them (like live in your apartment, sit own your balcony and talk, have your kids outside playing, park in a spot they deem to be THEIRS) they call the cops or the office and complain about you. Yet they walk around doing the same thing you are doing. I'm moving out when my lease is up. It's no longer pleasant here.

    The bathrooms are dated and are starting to have issues with leading faucets and a cracked toilet. Insulation isn't the best.

    Staff is friendly and responds quickly to service calls. The property is well maintained and I feel safe here. My only complaints are that my rent has gone up 20% since I've lived here (although that is spread over 7 years), and parking is hard to find at times (overflow parking is pretty far away, especially when you're hauling groceries). They could easily create more parking by removing the median that separates both sides of Quail Ct. They also don't keep the upstairs breezeways very clean..

    Great office staff! The OLD office staff that I dealt with lied to me about many of things upon moving in. She said my apartment would have hardwood floors, which it did not. She said my apartment had been vacant for a while, which it was not and how I know that because Comcast said I could not transfer my account because someone else currently had cable/internet at my apartment and I used it for a month. at time of deposit, 649 + 40 for water and it ended up 699 + 40. Strong smoke odors.

    Several of the governing by-laws of the property are not enforced which sends the message it is permissable to do as you desire rather than what is mandated in the rental agreement (i.e. bags of garbage left in breeze-way, broken-down vehicles left in parking spaces, etc...).
