Our concerns of loud tenants never addressed, had to ask several times for other issues to be addressed, after Read More we finally complained in a survey like this one, the office staff became more rude. New property manager came in and was made aware of noise issues by the previous survey. Then, she sends me an email pretty much saying that there is nothing she can do about what's happened but if I had any other concerns I could come talk to her. We are just so ready to find better place to live.

the business area room temperature is not pleasant for resident use. for example, the outside temperature a co Read Moreuple of days ago was less than eighty degrees yet the business area temperature was sixty-six degrees. Seventy to seventy-three degrees is reasonable and expected; yet the comfort of the residents is consistently and intentionally ignored. an 'i do not care about anyone else attitude is consistently demonstrated.are residents being frozen out to discourage use of the business area?

I apologize that the temperature has not been comfortable in the business center. I assure you, we are not trying to discourage residents from using the area! Although, the daytime temperatures continue to be unusually high, we are starting to experience cooler evenings which often requires adjustments to the thermostat temperature settings. We will make sure to remember to adjust the temperature before closing the office in the evenings so that the area will be more comfortable.
They maintain the property very well.

The staff doesn't answer the calls regularly specially on Friday and Saturday. Sometimes The maintenance men d Read Moreo not finish their tasks probably. They are allowing street cats to live in the complex.

Fri/Sat.are actually our two busiest days of the week which can sometimes make it difficult to reach us by phone.However, we do check voice mails throughout the day & return calls promptly.You can also contact us by email, which we also check regularly.We partnered with a new leash on life to help remove the cats. We are asking that residents not feed them as this makes it more difficult to catch them.
For the most part I've enjoyed living here. It's convenient for shopping access and except for rush hour, tra Read Moreffic off of University is usually not bad here. Being down the street from the new Providence area is nice as well. The apartments are roomy, common areas are well kept and the landscaping nicely done. I would have given an excellent rating but there have been a couple noisy neighbors in my block that wreck the peace at times.

If you have any future experiences with noisy neighbors you can call the Leasing Office phone number and press "2" to leave a message for the on-call Courtesy Officer. William, a Huntsville City police officer, will contact you and address the noise complaint on your behalf.
