          The ONLY thing that keeps this from being an excellent apartment is the location. There is nothing except a BBQ restaurant, a subway, and a gas station that are easy to get to if you need to run out for something. Of course, on the other hand, its probably the best place you could live if you are working on the river side of Decatur or on the west side of Madison. Everything is brand new and the community is young but not too rambunctious.
