I stayed here back in 2021 and let me tell you it was terrible. list of cons: 1) roaches galore with no help to get rid of them 2) the trash valet that was promised never happened (my neighbors trash was sitting there for 3 weeks until he finally just got fed up and took it himself.) 3) the dumpster area was rancid and overflowing 4) people will steal your packages 5) thin, leaky ceilings 6) they leave main doors open so random people will be roaming the complex 7) never cleaned 8) poor management 9) elevator literally had wires hanging down 10) my apartment was filthy when I was supposed to be moving in. Me and my mom had to clean it ourselves. (plus the management argued with us saying it was spotless and that they checked themselves which was a lie because we had photos and videos of the property) 11) my washer/dryer never worked despite putting in several maintenance requests 12) maintenance would never come list of pros: 1)location (great location for young people who want to be close to the downtown party scene) Moral of the story I am glad that I only signed a three month lease with them and no longer. Also the specks in the photos that come with my review are roaches.

Has a great view of mobile from the residence lounge and all of the staff are very friendly and speedy with anything you need

The staff is sweet but management cares more about bottom lines than people. Bug problem persists despite pest control My emails often go unanswered and I have to walk downstairs to get anything beyond a maintenance request resolved.

I seriously looovvee this place. I moved in around June and don't regret it at all so don't believe all the reviews!! This place is a hidden gem. They are ALMOST done with construction and everything is coming together. Get in before it's too late!!

I've lived here for 4 years. When I first moved in, it took 3 mos to get rid of the roaches. Killed over 30 in one day. I did 98% of the work myself. They refused to spray in my room. Said they don't spray in the rooms, only in the hallways. In my time here, any requested maintenance usually doesn't get done. I usually have to hound the office staff (which has changed so many times its hard to keep track of) over and over to get anything done. I have 2 bathrooms, and it took over a year for them to fix one of my showers as it was completely unusable. I literally went to the office every week for months to get it fixed. Usually they are nice though. The building is always dirty, and always has some terrible smell in the hallways or elevator. Elevators are always breaking, which sucks being on the 10th floor. Half the laundry room dryers don't work. I've lost so much money in them. Why do I stay? Because I haven't found a house to move to yet. I've made my apartment livable, love the location, view of downtown from my room, and hate moving. Recently they have been remodeling the entire building. Let me tell you about all the problems that's caused! It has been a nightmare. Fact of the matter is the owners don't seem to give a crap about the residents. For instance, they've been repainting one of the floors, and they have not been properly ventilating. I am absolutely shocked. Doubt legal. I honestly feel like suing these people if I could. Personally I have dealt with headaches, wheezing, burning eyes, and so on. I've heard worse from other people closer to the floor being worked on. I have brought this to the offices attention, and they basically tell me what do you want me to do about it? I love being here and will miss my view, but I cannot wait to get out. The new work being done looks good if you're into the industrial loft style look. All rooms are being made into 1 bedroom units (I have a 2 bedroom), and they want to charge several hundred more for way less.
