My experience has always been to give ample opportunity for the other party to rectify an issue prior to takin Read Moreg any course of action. However, management's unresponsiveness has forced me to seek other methods. As a previous resident, we endured numerous changes of management which were not handled professionally nor seamlessly. Instead of a working set of standard operating procedures, management seems to deal with issues based on their limited knowledge and make decisions which exploit landlord-tenant relations.
In addition, the complex continues to be plagued with water line issues, which disrupt your normal day to day activities. The water is not safe to be consumed due to its coloring and odor. The complex boasts a new image and the outward appearance has been improved. However, management's lack of professionalism negates any external upgrades.
I strongly recommend you consider all your other options before locating to this property.

During my time here at Hillcrest Estates there have been plenty of times where the staff was not professional Read Moreand I feel as though they make rules up as they go. I understand that changes happen, but they need to learn to make the changes known to the residents.

First, the entry it is always beautifully groomed! I feel proud of my complex. Secondly, my apartment is nic Read Moree and spacious and I rarely have problems with any of the amenities, however the cabinets could be replaced, you can tell they are old and have just been painted over to appear new. Third, the area is in a great location. Since the change of management there has not been any resident activities like before. The prior management always had activities for the residents to get to know their neighbors and some activities for the children. Now it is sad in that area.
