Midtown Oaks

I recently visited Midtown 250 and was so surprised. The units are 1 bdrom, but the layout is very clean and spacious. They look too be very comfortable. The entire community is clean, and the few residents I spoke with, were so friendly.

***in regards to your reply while the price is listed so is a sparkling pool and on hand maintenance however the pool is never usable, my heat and ac has been broken for over a week with no word from management about fixing it so me who is pregnant and my 1yr old son have been freezing in your apartment everyday waiting on you. Now we have the flu and it's still not fixed. Terrible place to live Don't move here unless your ok with the apartment staff hiring random people to do jobs and letting those people steal your stuff off your porch. And then never answer the phones to figure out what to do about a brand new missing fridge their employees stole. On top of that we're paying an outrageous amount for a two bed one bath after asking for a place with 2bath, the pool never being clean, having the wrong mailbox key for 3 months and the post office not delivering because because of it, your cabinets falling on your head with your baby in your arms. A waste of money and unsafe and that's not even a full list of safety concerns.

Very unprofessional, my awning over my back door has been bent and hanging low for a year. I've called for a work order several ty times and it still isn't repaired. Today was the straw that brought the camel's back. They are towing cars that don't have decals. I've stayed here for 6 years and never had a decal nor was told we needed one. I was told I had a note on my door and a text message was sent, I never received either one. They have towed at least 50 cars residents and visitors. Residents who never caused any problems, residents who have followed all the rules and theirs cars are being towed as though they were strangers. Even paying our rent as become difficult because they boarded up the drop box for rent payments. God forbid you work and you can't drop off your payment until after work. You have to slide your payment through the crack in the door ( this is what manager told me to do) and if you can't slide it through the door and your late, you are charged a $100 late fee. This is so unprofessional

They showed me a nice apartment model, what they were going to move me in was a dump. Had a nasty smell. The whole awning was missing too! How about get that fixed before allowing people to move in? The woman named Kristian was rude, not helpful at all. Not a place I recommend.

I Moved In August 29,2020 I Moved Out October 2,2020. My Apartment Was Old And Need Updated.I Did Not See The Apartment Prior To Moving In It Was Occupied I Wasn't To Worried Because I Thought They Had Been Renovated. Surprised To Me I Complain To Management How Unhappy I Was The Manager Attitude Was Like Oh Well. I Had A Roach Problem While I Was There Also I Bought Spray,Roach Motels And Fogger I AlsonTold Managenent I'm Just Glad To Be Out Of There.They Just Want Your Money They Could Care Less About Your Apartment Or How Comfortable You Are.
