I have been living here since April 2008. I was so excited when I moved in. It was so quiet, clean and seemed Read Morelike the best place to live. As anyone can see, there's trash always on the premises, the grass needs cutting, the buildings are dirty and are in desperate need of power washing, lack of parking due to some people having several vehicles. The rent is constantly going up and the complex has gone down. All I hear os that there has been upgrades at the complex but what does that have to do with me? My water constantly goes up when my son and I are gone all day just about every day! We have one location for trash and it's always too full and trash is outside the dumpster. My income has changed which doesn't allow me to move at the moment which is why I have not moved. I'm very sadden by what has happened to the environment in which we live. I know it could be better, but who do we tell as if I hadn't done so already. The loud music that is played by the neighbors across the street from their cars, this wasn't a problem when we moved here years ago. People don't respect people nor their privacy. The only good thing I can say is that if there's a problem, the maintenance crew is on it and I thank them for their prompt response and the women in the office for responding to any problems.

Maintenance requests are not answered in a timely manner. I had a leaking fridge for 3 months before someone r Read Moreesponded. I have not received a reply on the other maintenance requests that were submitted.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We fulfill maintenance requests in the order in which they are received, but you can always give us a call to check on the status. If you feel as though it has taken longer than expected, please come by the leasing office to address this concern. We'll be happy to assist you.
I love my apartment but my neighbors are noisy and keep broken furniture at their back doorstep.

While we're happy to hear that you love your apartment, we're saddened that noisy neighbors are keeping you from having the full five-star experience you deserve. We want you to feel comfortable in your home so if you believe your neighbors are violating our community policies, please let us know. We're always just a phone call or office visit away!
My boyfriend and I have lived in the apartment at Pathway's less than a year now. The apartment is not bad, bu Read Moret the service at the office is less than pleasant. Some of the women in the office are nice, but a couple are not so friendly (rude). We asked for a parking space to be changed from hanicapable to regular because our unit was previously occupied by a handicapped person. They told us the spot would be changed and it's been months with no progress or contact. Then a new owner took over and our rent (utilities) sure my went up by $30-$40 per month. I wish the customer service was better. The last burden is the pool. It has posted hours, but they don't open it on time and close it before the actual posted time. It's rather annoying.
