I've had a good experience with Windsor. Office staff is very nice and helpful. Location is convenient. However wish side gate was key activated like the front gate so I could get in and out of the gate located nearest my apartment. Only other factor in good rating instead of excellent would be the gym facility. Needs to be much bigger for an apartment complex of Windsor's size. Maintenance has been pretty good when they have been contacted. Had to come out a few times to fix A/C at initial one bedroom apartment I rented.

When it comes to customer service, they're awesome as far as how quickly and how concerned they are to your requests. However, when they're not sure of a solution they tend to give up to quick.
