Roaches since first day i moved ive called the office submitted requests online a emailed the manager several times no one has reached out to me or dome anything about terrible customer service take ur money somewhere else worst place to live*

Barely had resident events like promised. Dealt with a serious gnat and spider infestation that couldn't have been solved by pest control. I had to take matters into my own hands. It happened once a year (twice I've experienced this) and lasted for months. I was not compensated in anyway, my rent increased the following year. Pest control could not understand what was going on. I discovered through them that I was not the only resident at The Heights experiencing it. It was truly disgusting. These weren't ordinary gnats or fruit flies they didn't hang around food, trash can, or drain. No one helped solved the issue. I had to figure it out on my own. I had HUNDREDs of these little bugs both times. I discovered that after I've collected the soultion. I showed the front desk the evidence and of course they called pest control again each time they removed my solutions that appeared to work better than their spray. Lastly, the spider problem was truly the scariest. Everyday I'd have to kill spiders that were guarding my doors. It didn't matter how many I killed there seemed to be more coming back the next day. Maintence solved this issue twice temporarily (better than pest control with the gnats). It wasn't a specific kind of spider. These were different kinds that had an attraction to my door. After killing them for a few days their guarding post appeared to grow every other day this included more hallway areas and underneath the stairs. If I didn't endure the infestation and/or had better asssistance with the problem my time at The Heights would have been enjoyable. The amenities was clean and all the sets of the staff that I've met were nice. I personally feel that since the gnat situation seemed to be so common the residents needed to be compensated in some way. Our rent included pest control. And let's be honest, for the price of rent no one should have been living that way. No one deserves to live that way no matter the circumstances. & Parking was terrible

Very loud from the train noise, poor building quality, can hear neighbors above you easily, and staff is poorly trained.
